DAILY SCRIPTURE STUDY · DAY 78 OF 365

Do justice and love mercy

Read Micah 6:6–8

Micah contrasts extravagant religious offerings with what the Lord requires: justice, love of mercy, and humble walking with God. Religious intensity cannot substitute for how we treat people. A meaningful life with God includes fair dealing and compassionate conduct in the places where we already have responsibility.
