DAILY SCRIPTURE STUDY · DAY 68 OF 365
Pray with thanksgiving
Read Philippians 4:4–9Paul calls the church to bring requests to God with thanksgiving and describes God's peace guarding hearts and thoughts in Christ. He also directs attention toward what is true, honorable, and worthy of praise. Prayer is not an escape from the mind's habits. Let your requests, gratitude, attention, and practice work together under the Lord's care.
Put the Word into practice
Write a request and a thanksgiving, then choose one truthful thought to return to when worry interrupts.
