Weigh what is said

Paul allows participation while requiring that what is spoken be weighed. Prophets do not lose responsibility for self-control; the spirits of prophets are subject to prophets. God is a God of peace, and the assembly should be built up. Welcoming spiritual ministry therefore includes evaluation and orderly participation, not unquestionable authority for the loudest voice.
