One body

The body needs different members, and no member may dismiss another as unnecessary. Paul gives special attention to those who seem weaker and calls the whole body to share suffering and honor. Gifts are exercised within belonging, not above it. If your expression of ministry makes other believers feel disposable, return to the body imagery and let it correct you.
