DAILY SCRIPTURE STUDY · DAY 102 OF 365
Service, not control
Read 1 Peter 5:1–4Peter tells elders to shepherd God's flock willingly, eagerly, and by example rather than domination. The people remain God's flock, not the leader's property. Christian leadership carries responsibility under the Chief Shepherd. Spiritual authority should therefore make service more faithful, never make a leader immune from correction.
