What faith is

Hebrews begins with confidence in what God has promised, then moves to people who acted because they trusted Him. Noah built; Abraham went. Faith is more than an encouraging sentence: it changes what you do. Verse 6 joins believing that God exists with diligently seeking Him. Begin with God's character and let obedience follow.
